Processing Time: Processing refers to order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, but it can take up to 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Orders do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking code to the email address you used to place the order.
US Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina, to the destination once they are processed. Orders are shipped by UPS. Should you choose the FREE shipping option, you can expect your order within 3 business days if you are on the East Coast or in the Midwest or within 3–5 business days for the West Coast. Please note: these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Returns: Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns. Once the products leave our lab they cannot be returned. We must discard all returned products; we cannot resell them even if they are unopened.
